It also adds go installation and dependency of giashard
This fixes alignment process as docjoin is not expecting that input.
Copy the source code of bitextor-elrc-filtering to cirrus-scripts
Use cleaning dir as temp. Load boost on init.d for merge_sort to work
Use bitextor-buildtmx in cirrus-scripts. Fix bitextor import of utils.
Always enable max-length-crop in case user forgets to add it. Will bring more stability.
